Too many crimes are committed by those with a range of complex issues. A drugs trade has no place on the streets of Hertfordshire and a zero tolerance approach must be taken to dealers and those trading through the County lines.
I would also work to establish a programme for those suffering from addiction or with those suffering from mental health who find themselves in the revolving door of the criminal justice system and who need specific and targeted help in order to stop reoffending
